Capers Restaurant
This is to confirm that Marina Bottali, was employed for 6 months in Capers Restaurant in 1985 as an assistant cook. I had personal experience of working with Marina and I would highly recommend her for her cheerfulness, her standard of work, her commitment to her job, her ability to relate to other members of staff and her willingness to carryout her work in accordance with the requirements of management. If she had remained in our employment, we would have offered her a more senior position, however, at that time Marina decided that she would prefer to pursue her career in Dublin.

Pizzaland International
Miss Marina Bottali was employed by us from August 6 1986 until November 12 1988. Marina began her employment with us as a member of our kitchen staff at our Pizzaland Restaurant, 9/10 Upper George’s Street, Dunlaoghaire, Ireland. During her first few weeks on the kitchen team, Marina proved to be a responsible person with a good talent to lead and organise the other members of the team and thus ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation. After a successful period in the kitchen, Marina applied for a Management Trainee position. She was duly appointed and began what was to be a successful beginning in management. We have always found Marina to be a valuable team member, trustworthy and reliable at all times. It is with regret we note Marina’s decision to leave us but we understand that she wishes to broaden her career experience. We wish Marina every success in her future career. We can recommend Marina to any employer. Alan B. Woods Operations Director Associated Restaurants (Ireland) Ltd. 14th November 1988
Peers Cafe
Miss Marina Bottali was employed by us as Cashier/Receptionist in our Restaurant in Grafton Street from 26/2/90 to 9/3/91. During Marina’s employment we found her to be a versatile, enthusiastic and competent person, fulfilling many varied roles and reacting positively to situations as they arose in the everyday running of our Restaurant. Her honesty and integrity was above question. Mr Christian Bauer our Manager always spoke highly of Marina and relied on her to a large extent to ensure the smooth running of the Restaurant. We very much regret not having further employment to offer Marina and unfortunately have to terminate her employment due to the transfer of business in Grafton Street. We wish her every success and recommend her to any future employer. Simon Dowling – Managing Director Peers Cafe (Dublin) Ltd 22nd March 1991
